Precision Tune-Up & Inspection Includes: Inspect filters Check condensate line drainage, light cleaning Inspect indoor coil Visually check for refrigerant leaks Check/clean thermostat and test operation Check metering device if accessible Check return air temperature Check supply air temperature Check temperature drop/check registers Check disconnect box/wire box/tighten connections Inspect fan bearing/lube as necessary Check operation of the service valves Inspect fan bearing/ lube as necessary

$25.00 cancellation fee. Please contact us within 24 hours of scheduled service to avoid $25.00 cancellation fee.
